Comments synchronization option available on Contract→Triggers section:

Enables comments synchronization.

  • All comments synchronization

By default only newly added comments are synchronized. Enable this option to synchronize all existing comments in case your issue is created at the remote JIRA in later stage (for example with Create Remote action or on Workflow transition).
