Remote comment creation confirmation
You may want to inform users if comment has been synchronized and users working in remote system has received your crucial information. You can turn off this option in synchronization scheme.
Prefix synchronized comments
Comments are added by Technical User but you can still recognize their author in comment body or show original comment creation date.
